We’re always delighted to welcome visitors to Business Referral Network (BRN).
Whether you’re exploring the possibility of joining or simply curious about how our meetings work, here’s everything you need to know.
How to Visit
- Visitors and potential new members are very welcome — but you’ll need to be invited by an existing member.
- This is because we operate a one business per category policy to avoid competition within the group.
- Don’t know a member yet? Simply complete our Get Invited Form and one of our members will reach out to you.
Venue
Our meetings are usually held at the Stormont Hotel, Belfast.
Occasionally, we may change venue, so be sure to confirm details with your host before you attend.
What to Expect
- Bring along plenty of business cards (a small flyer or brochure can be useful too).
- Be ready to share a little about your business — but remember, our focus is on building relationships, not hard selling.
- Relax, join in, and enjoy meeting like-minded professionals.

Meeting Format
Here’s a typical agenda so you know what to expect:
6:30am - Doors open
6:45am – official meeting start time.
15 minutes of open networking with tea/coffee.
Registration desk - check in so we know you’ve arrived.
7:00am – structured meeting begins.
Warm introductions to key members.
Each member gives a 60-second presentation about their business.
Visitors are invited to give a short introduction too.
A featured 10-minute presentation from one member.
A few announcements and group updates.
8:15–8:30am - The structured part ends
Afterwards, we enjoy breakfast together and continue networking.
